GENERAL INFORMATION
These terms regulate delivery, withdrawal rights, returns and warranty conditions in the online store Rumbacentrs.lv.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these conditions.
 

DELIVERY METHODS
Delivery is available within European Union countries via parcel lockers or courier delivery.

Automatic delivery calculation is available for Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.

For other European Union countries, delivery costs are calculated individually after the order is placed. The seller informs the customer by email.

Delivery outside the European Union is not available.
 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS FOR LARGE ITEMS
Large items such as greenhouses are delivered only within the Latgale region and Riga.

Delivery conditions for such products are agreed individually after ordering.

Delivery of large items to other regions or outside Latvia is not provided unless agreed separately.
 

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed on business days.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

If the product is available in the seller’s warehouse, delivery time after dispatch is:
2–4 business days within Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia;
5–9 business days to other European Union countries.

If the product is not available in stock, delivery may take up to 14 business days.

Product availability and estimated delivery time are indicated on the product page.

Delivery time is calculated from the dispatch date.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by delivery service providers or force majeure circumstances.
 

RECEIVING THE GOODS
Upon receiving the goods, the customer is advised to check the package condition.

If damage is noticed, the delivery provider and seller must be informed immediately.
 

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If the customer fails to collect or accept the shipment and it is returned to the seller, the order is considered cancelled.

The seller may deduct delivery and return costs.

If reshipment is requested, delivery costs apply again.

Refunds for prepaid orders are made after the shipment is returned, deducting delivery expenses.
 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.

RETURN OF GOODS
Goods must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal notification.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and preferably in original packaging.
 

RETURN COSTS
Return costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
 

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting returned goods using the original payment method, up to 14 working days
 

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
All products are covered by warranty according to Latvian legislation.

Customers may submit claims within two years from purchase.
