Customers must provide accurate information required for order fulfillment.
Order confirmation is sent by email after purchase.
The seller may contact the customer to clarify order details.
An order is considered accepted after payment or confirmation when payment upon delivery is selected.

Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Payment may be made by payment cards, online banking, bank transfer or payment upon delivery where available.
Payment upon delivery is available within Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia only.
Orders to other EU countries require prepayment.

Products must be used according to manufacturer instructions.
 

SELLER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The seller ensures the possibility to purchase goods through the online store.
The seller may temporarily suspend website operation for technical maintenance.

The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper product use.

The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure.
