Before the first use, cast-iron cookware should be burned on a high heat for 15-20 minutes, until the smoke stops, then cool, and you can under running water. Next, you must ignite the pan with salt (pre-pour 2-3 tablespoons), fry on the fire, stirring, for 3-5 minutes, let cool and finally grease the entire surface with sunflower oil.

Both inside and outside. Your cookware is ready to use on all types of stoves and on open fires. It will serve for a long time, both in households and in professional kitchens. After use, cast iron cookware should be wiped dry or dried on the stove. Cook with pleasure! If your cast iron cookware is corroded for some reason it can easily be repaired. To do this remove the rust (with a dish sponge or sandpaper), wash the item, oil the surface and cook on the stove (open fire) for 25-30 minutes. Cast iron products are scratch-resistant. Can be used on electric, gas, glass-ceramic stoves.
