Before using for the first time, warm the cast-iron cookware over high heat for 15-20 minutes, until no more smoke is produced, then cool it down under running water. Next, you must ignite the pan with salt (pre-pour 2-3 tablespoons), fry on the fire, stirring, for 3-5 minutes, let cool and finally grease the entire surface with sunflower oil.
